Safe Harbor Therapy is an out-of-network, self-pay practice. As a result, clients are responsible for payment of fees at the time services are rendered.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement benefits. Upon request, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt of services) that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and clients are responsible for understanding and verifying their own insurance benefits.
You may also be able to use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds to pay for therapy services, if permitted by your plan.

Pricing Info
Individual Sessions include therapy for one person, parent coaching sessions, or meetings with one or more parents/caregivers regarding a child’s treatment.
Conjoint Sessions include therapy involving two or more members of a couple or family system participating together in treatment.
Sliding Scale/Pro Bono
I understand that therapy can be financially difficult, and I believe that access to mental health care is important.
To help increase access to care, I maintain a limited number of reduced-fee and pro bono appointments based on financial need and availability within my practice. If cost is a concern, please feel free to reach out. I’m happy to have a conversation about your circumstances and whether one of these options may be available.
I love what I do, and I hope to continue doing this work for a long time. Part of that means balancing accessibility with maintaining a sustainable practice so that I can continue showing up fully for the people I serve.
We can also discuss other ways to make therapy more manageable, such as adjusting session frequency or considering different session lengths when clinically appropriate..
Good Faith Estimate Disclaimer
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of services. I am happy to provide this information before services begin so you can make an informed decision about your care.
If you have questions about fees, payment, or using out-of-network benefits, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to discuss options and help you understand the financial aspects of starting therapy.
